A rear extension where the client wanted the grain to run uninterrupted from one end of the room to the other. It does.

Handleless doors only work if the shadow gap is dead consistent, which means the carcasses have to be dead square and the floor has to be dead level. Neither was true when we arrived.

We scribed the whole run to the floor and packed the carcasses individually, so the 3mm gap along the top of every door is the same 3mm at both ends of the kitchen.

The veneer was sequenced across the run before anything was cut, so the figure carries from door to door as though it came off one board. It very nearly did.
