Who we are
Bread and Butter Kitchens designs, makes and fits kitchens from a workshop and showroom at The Old Bakery, Bridge Street, Lewes, East Sussex, BN7 2AA. You can reach us on 01273 946 220 or at hello@breadandbutterkitchens.co.uk.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry or a specification we collect your name, email address and anything else you choose to tell us: a telephone number, a postcode, a budget range, and the kitchen you built in the builder. We collect it so we can reply to you and prepare a quotation.
How we use it
Only to answer your enquiry and to carry out any work you go on to commission. If you tick the newsletter box we will also send you the occasional note about new colours and open days, no more than four times a year. Reply to any of them and we will stop.
What we do not do
We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to third parties for marketing. Where a supplier needs them to complete your kitchen, for example a stone fabricator coming to template, we share only what is necessary.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies needed to make it work. There are no advertising trackers and we do not build a profile of you across other websites.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@breadandbutterkitchens.co.uk and we will action it within 30 days.
About the prices in the builder
The price the builder gives you is a real price for the specification you have chosen, including delivery and installation within the South East. It is valid for 30 days. What it cannot account for is your building: if the floor is significantly out of level, or services need moving, that is extra, and we will tell you at survey before you commit to anything.
Colours on screen
The paints and timbers rendered in the builder are our best approximation, but no screen is a colour-accurate device. Always look at a physical sample in the room it is going into before you decide. We post up to six free.
Guarantee
Twenty-five years on carcasses, hinges and runners, from the date of installation, covering defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover accidental damage, water damage from a leak elsewhere, or normal wear on painted surfaces. It transfers to a new owner if you sell the house.
